The ABC AGM 2026 warmly brings together our member community in Japan for an evening of open exchange, new ideas, and meaningful connections – reuniting familiar faces and welcoming new ones.

Members of Austrian headquarters, Austrian business partners, and friends visiting Japan are welcome to join the ABC community for this evening. If you have a business partner or friend who is considering joining ABC, feel free to bring them along and introduce them to our community.

Date and Time: Wednesday, 20 May 2026, 6.30pm to 8.30pm, doors open at 6.00pm

Participation fee:

ABC members: JPY 5,500 per person

Note:

• For corporate members: from the 4th person onwards JPY 10,000 per person
• For individual individual members or alumni members: from the 2nd person onwards JPY 10,000 per person

Registration deadline: Tuesday, 12 May 2026 at 12.00pm

Please register as soon as possible, as places are limited and allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Cancellations after the registration deadline or no-shows will be fully charged, no refund.
