Join the Austrian business community at Cafe Landtmann Aoyama to get into the Christmas spirit. Participation Fee: 

JPY 6,500 per person for ABC members

Up to 3 participants per corporate member
Individual and alumni members (personal participation only)

JPY 9,500 per person for additional guests

from the 4th participant of corporate members
any guest of individual or alumni members

JPY 12,500 per person

for Non-ABC members, not attending as guests of ABC members

Registration Deadline: Friday, 27 November 2026

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations after 27 November 2026 or no-shows will be charged in full.
• Cancellations before 27 November 2026 will be refunded minus a handling fee of JPY 500.

Event Photography
Photos will be taken during the event to document and used in communications by ABC and the Austrian Embassy Commercial Section / ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Tokyo.
