Our Winter Networking Retreat 2027 brings together an international community for a perfect mix of skiing, snowboarding, and meaningful connections.

This year, we return to Okushiga Kogen, Nagano – known for its beautiful scenery, excellent snow conditions, and relaxed atmosphere.

Easy access: Shinkansen to Nagano station, then hop on the shuttle bus (1h30min depending on traffic and snow conditions)

Cancellation
Cancellations up to one week before the event will be refunded minus a banking fee of JPY 500. Cancellations within one week of the event date will not be refunded.

Accommodation
we recommend the event hotel, Okushiga Kogen Hotel, but there are a few other options. As always, please book freely by yourself.

Race tickets
• JPY 3,000 for Ski / Snowboard adult
• JPY 1,500 for under 20 years old

Award Party
• JPY 8,500 for participants over 12 years old
• JPY 5,000 for school kids until 12 years old
• free for Preschoolers

Please arrange tickets by yourself.
Tickets for the Okushiga Kogen resort can be bought directly at the hotel.

Please note: The Okushiga Kogen resort is conveniently connected to the Shiga Kogen ski area via lifts. When purchasing lift tickets, you can choose based on your preferences – either for the Okushiga Kogen area only or for the entire Shiga Kogen area.
