The next “Visit your fellow ABC members” event will be hosted by Michael Mueller and Christian Büttner from Mueller Foreign Law Office.

Similar to the event we did with Skidata, we will go where the action takes place! In the case of a lawyer, the court. However, we are not just going to visit any court – Michael Mueller has arranged a visit at Japan’s Supreme Court. For your info: Japan’s court system follows the American system with one supreme court governing all judicial questions rather than separate highest courts with specific competencies like we have e.g. in Austria with the Constitutional Court (Verfassungsgerichtshof), the Supreme Administrative Court (Verwaltungsgerichtshof) and the Supreme Court (Oberster Gerichtshof).

The visit is followed by a networking session with wine and afternoon tea at the nearby Kitano Hotel.
