The 15th edition of the European Chambers CLIC network events will dive into the world of chocolates! Godiva is celebrating its 100th anniversary and ABC members have the opportunity to celebrate with them!
Godiva Japan COO Shinya Kushiyama will be sharing valuable insights into the business strategies and mission behind the brand’s success, with a focus on their unique approach to the Japanese market. He will also highlight some key moments in Godiva’s “100 years of deliciousness” that have helped shape the brand’s legacy.

About the Speaker
Shinya Kushiyama has been with Godiva Japan since 2019, starting as Chief Information Officer and then Director Supply Chain & IT. In 2023-2024 he was the Representative Director for another iconic Belgian chocolate brand, Pierre Marcolini Japan, which was taken over by Orchid, the same mother company as Godiva Japan. Since 2024 he is the Chief Operating Officer for both Godiva Japan and Orchid.
