We are excited to bringing back the ABC After Summer Networking Reception after a one year break in favor of the ABC joint chamber EXPO Osaka trip of 2025.

The ABC warmly invites all ABC members, business partners and friends of the Austrian Business Community to one of our annual signature events. The After Summer Networking Reception is the perfect opportunity to kick off a dynamic and successful second half of the year.

Join us for an inspiring evening with the Austrian business community in Japan. Reconnect with familiar faces, make valuable new contacts, and enjoy engaging conversations in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere. Let’s start the business season together with fresh energy and new perspectives.

We are delighted to return to the “Drawing House of Hibiya” in central Tokyo, a venue many of you will fondly remember from one of our previous events there.

Together with this year’s surprise entertainment, expect an evening full of great conversations, new ideas, and fresh momentum.

Date & Time: Friday, 18 September 2026, 18:30 – 21:00 (Doors open at 18:00)
Participation Fee
JPY 6,500 per person for ABC members:

• up to 3 participants per corporate member
• individual and alumni members (personal participation only)

JPY 9,500 per person for additional guests:

• from the 4th participant of corporate members
• any guest of individual or alumni members

JPY 11,000 per person

• for Non-ABC members, not attending as guests of ABC members

Registration deadline: Monday, 7 September 2026
We recommend registering early, as spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations after 7 September 2026 or no-shows will be charged in full.
• Cancellations before 7 September 2026 will be refunded minus a handling fee of JPY 500.

Photography Notice
Photos will be taken during the event to document and share ABC activities and those of the Austrian Embassy Commercial Section / ADVANTAGE AUSTRIA Tokyo.
