The 10th anniversary edition of the Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard Weekend is ready for your registration! The 2026 edition will bring us back to one of the sites we started the series many years ago – Happo-One, Hakuba!

Hakuba, Nagano, promises excitement for everyone, skiers, snowboarders, lovers of cross-country skiing or just those that enjoy an weekend in the snowy Japanese alps.
With around 100 participants, this is likely the largest inter-chamber winter weekend retreat in Japan.
Organized by foreign Chambers in Japan, half of the attendees are usually Japanese and the other half are international guests.
The event is open to all winter sports enthusiasts. Whether you’re a member or not, bring your family, friends, and business partners – everyone is invited!

Race tickets
• JPY 3,000 for Ski / Snowboard adult
• JPY 1,500 for under 20 years old

Award Party

ABC Members:
• JPY 8,500 for participants over 12 years old
• JPY 3,500 for school kids until 12 years old
• JPY 3,000 for kids 4 and 5 years old
• free for under 3 years old

Non Members:
• JPY 11,500 for participants over 12 years old
• JPY 5,000 for school kids until 12 years old
• JPY 4,500 for kids 4 and 5 years old
• free for under 3 years old

Cancellation
Cancellations up to ten working days before the event will be refunded minus a banking fee of JPY 500. Later cancellations will not be refunded.

Hakuba is a highly popular destination, and accommodations tend to fill up quickly – especially on weekends. For this event, we have secured a limited number of rooms through block bookings at selected hotels.
As availability is limited, we kindly ask you to make your reservation as early as possible.
