In his presentation “Cyberattack: Rethinking corporate security “, Mr. Embacher will talk about the opportunities and risks that can arise from digitalization. In particular, he discusses what the virtual world means for our business life. Mr. Embacher will illustrate with the help of some statistics where current dangers and threats for companies lie and which challenges we face accordingly.
In order to present a concrete picture in this regard, the presentation will also address the individual attack surfaces of companies.

About the speaker:
Before founding Foreus Mr. Embacher spent eight years as a sergeant in the Austrian Armed Services and then worked for the software company Palantir Technologies, where he still holds a consultant role.
His goal with Foreus is to rethink corporate security and drive the detection of crimes in the digital space. During the transition from Web 2.0 to Web 3.0, Foreus wants to ensure maximum security for business operators.
He is also a book author and has recently published his book “White Crime”, providing a concise overview of common threats in the business world and, most importantly, how to protect against them.
