This event is co-organized by AHK Japan and SCCIJ\, and ABC members are welcome to participate at the member price. \nThe Gender Equity Collage is an interactive and collaborative workshop that helps participants explore the realities of gender inequality and discover ways to promote fairness and inclusion.\nThrough collective discussion and reflection\, the workshop highlights how gender norms\, social expectations\, and institutional structures shape opportunities and everyday experiences — and what we can do to build more equitable workplaces and communities. \nThe workshop begins with a card-based exploration\, followed by small-group discussions and a creative reflection on actions for change. Designed for accessibility and openness\, no prior knowledge is required.
