DESCRIPTION:This year’s After Summer Reception takes place on Friday 30 August 2024! \nWe\, ABC invite you to the annual networking reception to kick off the intensive second half of the year. \nWe\, the ABC\, cordially invite you to THE annual networking event! Join us for an enthusiastic start to a promising and eventful second half of the year. Take advantage of this unique opportunity to exchange ideas with the Austrian and Swiss business community\, engage in stimulating discussions and start the exciting business fall in a pleasant atmosphere. As in previous years\, this will be a joint event with the Swiss Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Japan. \nWe are pleased to announce a new venue for our event: the “Drawing House of Hibiya” in central Tokyo. \nAlong with this year’s surprise entertainment\, enjoy dishes made with selected ingredients from all over Japan. \n\nVenue: Drawing House of Hibiya\nTokyo Midtown Hibiya 6F\, 1-1-2 Yurakucho\, Chiyoda-ku\, Tokyo\nDate and Time: Friday\, 30 August 2024\, 6.30 pm to 9 pm\, doors open at 6 pm\nParticipation fee:\nJPY 5.000 per person for ABC member\, up to 3 persons of ABC corporate member\, individual and almuni member only yourself\nJPY 12.000 per person from the 4th person of each ABC corporate member and non-ABC member\nRegistration deadline: Wednesday\, 21 August\, but please register as soon as possible as places are on a first-come\, first-served basis.\nCancelations after 21 August 2024 or no-shows will be charged in full. Cancellations made before 21 August will be refunded minus a transfer fee of JPY 500. \nPlease note that photographs will be taken during the event for use in marketing materials.
