DESCRIPTION:ABC members are invited to the first ABC-Swiss Chamber (SCCIJ) jiont Tennis Gathering and BBQ Dinner event ever.  \nTaking a hint from many of our members not being able to join our annual Inter-Chamber Ski and Snowboard event\, the ABC offers this similarly thrilling\, fun and family-welcome event in early October at the Shōwa-no-Mori Tennis Center in Tokyo! \nNot a fan of tennis? Simply join us for the outdoor BBQ Dinner that follows the tennis tournament. And as with our ski event in winter\, the tennis tournament is a fun experience for any member\, business partners\, his or her friends and family to enjoy. The competitive element comes second.   \n \nParticipation in tennis only or BBQ only is also possible. \n  \n\n\n\nDate:\nSaturday\, October 7\, 2023\n\n\nTime:\n •  12:00〜16:00 (Tennis)\n •  17:00〜20:00 (BBQ Dinner)\n\n\nVenue:\nShōwa-no-Mori Tennis Center (昭和の森テニスセンター)\n600 Tanakacho\, Akishima\, Tokyo 196-0014 (MAP)\n\n\nFees:\n•  ABC Members:\n– Tennis & BBQ Dinner: JPY 12\,500\n– Tennis only: JPY 4\,000\n– BBQ only: JPY 9\,000•  Non-Members:\n– Tennis & BBQ Dinner: JPY 14\,500\n– Tennis only: JPY 5\,000\n– BBQ only: JPY 10\,000\n– BBQ: Outdoors Dinner\, free-flow alcohol drinks (90 minutes)\, soft drinks.\n– It is possible to book the dinner without free-flow alcohol. Please contact the organizers for more details.Fee includes:Tennis: access to courts & facilities (changing rooms\, lockers\, showers)\, tennis balls\, refreshments\, NOT tennis rackets or shoes\n\n\nDress code:\nTennis outfit for the afternoon (no “white dress” code); casual for dinner.\n\n\n\n  \nParticipants are requested to use their own equipment or to rent some at the tennis club (prior reservation needed). Tennis balls will be provided. For equipment rental\, please see this page. \nABC and the SCCIJ reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event in part or in full due to poor weather conditions. Should that be the case\, registered participants will be duly notified. \nABC and the SCCIJ may film and take photographs of this event.
