DESCRIPTION:We have received many applications and have reached the maximum number of customers. Registration ist now closed.\n******************************************************************************************************************************************\nAll winter sports enthusiasts – get ready for the 2024 edition of our winter networking event! \nSkiers and snowboarders – our destination in Okushiga Kogen\, Nagano will have something for everyone. \nWith around 100 participants\, this is probably the largest inter-chamber winter weekend retreat in Japan.\nOrganised by foreign Chambers in Japan\, half of the attendees are usually Japanese and the other half are foreign nationals. \nThe event is open to all winter sports enthusiasts. Members and non-members\, your family\, friends\, business partners etc.\, everyone is welcome! \nDate 17 February 2024\, race and evening awards ceremony \nVenue\nOkushiga Kogen Hotel\nOkushiga Kogen\, Yamanouchi-machi\, Shimotakai-gun\, 381-0405 Nagano\, map \nTel. +81 269 34 2034\nEasy access: Shinkansen to Nagano station\, then hop on the shuttle bus (1h30min depending on traffic and snow conditions) \nEvent flyer HERE! Please share with people you know might be interested. \nCancellation\nCancellations up to one week before the event will be refunded minus a banking fee of JPY 500. Cancellations within one week of the event date will not be refunded. \nAccommodation\nwe recommend the event hotel\, Okushiga Kogen Hotel\, but there are a number of other options. As always\, please book freely by yourself. \nThe booking informatioin for the Okushiga Kogen Hotel\, including early bird discounts are available here \n\nRace tickets\n• JPY 2\,500 for Ski / Snowboard adult\n• JPY 1\,250 for under 20 years old \nAward Party\n• JPY 7\,000 for participants over 12 years old\n• JPY 4\,200 for school kids until 12 years old\n• free for Preschooler \nLift Ticket\nPlease arrange yourself.
